After purchasing your ticket, please book your room by calling 1-888-TN-PARKS and requesting the “Church on the Rock” room block at Montgomery Bell State Park.

Cost of Attendance 

1. RETREAT FEE
$200 Early Registration, January 1-July 31
$250 Regular Registration, August 1- September 29
(All Fees are Non-refundable)
Includes 5 meals and conference materials

2. LODGING EXPENSE
(Based on number of roommates)
3 Roommates - $100 per person
2 Roommates - $135 per person
1 Roommates - $200 per person
No Roommates - $400 per person

(Attendees are responsible for booking their own rooms, based on layout preference. Most rooms are furnished with two queen beds and sleep up to 4 guests.

TOTAL RETREAT COSTS
(Retreat fee + Lodging Expense. Excluding transportation.)
3 Roommates - $100 + $200 = $300
2 Roommates - $135 + $200 = $335
1 Roommates - $200 + $200 = $400
No Roommates - $400 + $200 = $600

NOTE: You can reduce your cost of attendance by opting to have roommates and carpooling to the retreat. If you need help being matched with a roommate or carpool group, we will have a planning meeting for registered guests help assign groups.
